Looking to Export?  U.S. Commercial Service Helps

Outdoor Retailer Marketplace Summer 2008 Participants Go Global

The U.S. Department of Commerce's Commercial Service, in cooperation with Outdoor Retailer, is providing high-quality exporter information and assistance to help your company break into global markets at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2008.  U.S. firms looking to increase their bottom line by making new sales abroad and can benefit from export services and programs offered by the Commercial Service (CS).

At the show, CS trade Specialists will be managing an International Trade Resource Booth (ITRB), located near the entrance of the Salt Palace Convention Center, directly in front of The North Face booth and meeting rooms.

CS trade specialists will provide export counseling and market research to U.S. exhibitors as well as the opportunity to connect with international buyers through an industry-focused Online Export Interest Directory.  To be included in the pre-show directory, which will be made available to foreign buyers at the show, register by July 31 at: http://www.buyusa.gov/utah/orsmexportdirectory.html

International buyers who need assistance meeting with U.S. exhibitors during the show can stop by the IBRB during the show or register in advance at: http://www.buyusa.gov/utah/orsmintlbuyerregistration.html, and CS staff will ensure that you locate the products and exhibitors you seek.

The U.S. Commercial Service is the primary trade promotion unit of the U.S. government.  With trade specialists in 107 U.S. cities and in more than 80 countries, we work with U.S. and foreign companies to help facilitate international trade.  For more information about our organization go to: http://www.trade.gov/cs.
